By reserving Pine Cove Cabin, you agree to the terms and conditions listed below.
Check-ins are at 3:30 PM. Check-out is 11 A.M..
Early check-ins and late check-outs, if available, will be an additional $25 per hour with approval of owner. No exceptions.
Reservations must be held with a valid credit card. A deposit of 25% (including a refundable damage deposit of $100) is required to book and hold your reservations until check in. The damage deposit will be held until you leave and we finish cleaning the unit. Any damage, missing items or violations of our policies will be cause for forfeiture of some or all of the damage deposit.
Rent for your stay is due and payable 24 hours before your arrival.
Guest cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before scheduled check-in or you will be charged the deposit fee.
We reserve the right to reschedule a reservation due to inclement weather, natural disasters or other situations that could cause dangerous conditions or other inconveniences for our guests.
We reserve the right to refuse accepting reservations at our discretion.
No reservations will be accepted from minors (under 21).
Under certain circumstances, deposits can be transferred to alternate dates which must be agreed upon by both property owner and guest. Rate increases may be incurred. Change of reservation dates by guest will incur a $50 fee per change.
No more than 7 guests, including children, are allowed to stay overnight at the cabin. There are no parties allowed of any kind. This house is in a residential neighborhood and there are permanent residence living on both sides of the house as well as across the street. We ask that you have no activity that will infringe on the peace and quite of the neighborhood including loud music and profanity.
Guests are asked to bag trash and place in outside trash cans provided, sweep floor in kitchen/living area, and leave kitchen clean. Otherwise a $50 cleaning fee will be charged.
Any information provided by you on our site will NOT be shared with others in any way. We reserve the right to send you information about Pine Cove Cabin on a limited basis. You may opt out of these emails at any time.
Do not dump fish guts or parts in the garbage cans. Please take them off site for disposal.
Pine Cove Cabin is a non-smoking rental home. Please do not throw cigarette butts on the grounds or in the fire pit.
Pet are allowed under the following conditions;
Prior approval is required from Pine Cove Cabin
No more than 2 pets are allowed
There is a $25.00 per day per pet fee.
An additional deposit of $100.00 is required.
Pets are not allowed on any furniture including but not limited to Beds, Chairs, Couch’s.
Any failure to follow these rules will result in forfeiture of deposit.
