Check-ins are at 3:00 PM. Check-out is 12 noon.
Early check-ins and late check-outs, if available, will be an additional $25 per hour with approval of owner. No exceptions.
Reservations must be held with a valid credit card and a deposit of 25% of your stay total will be applied to your balance.
Guest cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before scheduled check-in or you will be charged for one full-night’s stay.
We reserve the right to reschedule a reservation due to inclement weather, natural disasters or other situations that could cause dangerous conditions or other inconveniences for our guests.
We reserve the right to refuse accepting reservations at our discretion.
No reservations will be accepted from minors (under 21).
Under certain circumstances, deposits can be transferred to alternate dates which must be agreed upon by both property owner and guest. Rate increases may be incurred. Change of reservation dates by guest will incur a $50 fee per change.
Guests are asked to bag trash and place in outside trash cans provided, sweep floor in kitchen/living area, and leave kitchen clean. Otherwise a $50 cleaning fee will be charged.
Any information provided by you on our site will NOT be shared with others in any way. We reserve the right to send you information about Pine Cove Cabin on a limited basis. You may opt out of these emails at any time.
Do not dump fish guts or parts in the garbage cans. Please take them off site for disposal.
Pine Cove Cabin is a non-smoking rental home.
No pets are allowed.
